Quick Answers

Three questions, answered straight

FAQ
Q1

How fast is a same day booking?

If you book before the cut, a free rider leaves the depot within about ten minutes of the parcel scanning in. Most town drops land inside two hours and corridor towns by the evening ride. Urgent loads skip the queue automatically.

FAQ
Q2

Do you really manage parcel lockers?

Yes. We provision the orange locker wall, hand out collection codes, watch door health and rebalance capacity at peak. Your shop floor stays free while residents collect at a time that suits the delivery round and them.

FAQ
Q3

Can you proof a delivery for my records?

Every drop carries a stamped photo and a digital signature with the exact time and place. You view a live green tick during the ride and download the full proof record at night for your accounts or a dispute.

TG DELIVERY GROUP LTD routes parcels for shops, spare part suppliers, bakers and trade counters across Kent and the South East. If you run a courier fleet of your own, ask us about the platform tools. If you run the counter, ask us about the bike in the bay.
